Do you accept my insurance?

Golden Alignment is a private pay office and insurance is not accepted. We accept self pay by debit, credit and HSA/FSA cards. We also accept CareCredit. CareCredit is a healthcare credit card designed for your health and wellness needs that offers a variety of “treat now and pay later” options through credit financing.

Payment is due at the time of service. If requested, we will supply you with a superbill (an itemized list of all services provided to you) for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider directly regarding this option. Golden Alignment Sports & Wellness Center makes no guarantees regarding reimbursement from your insurance provider.

What is the cost of chiropractic care?

Pricing at Golden Alignment Sports & Wellness Center varies depending on the service performed. A new patient comprehensive exam is $250. An adjustment is $150. Golden Alignment offers both add on and a la carte services such as therapeutic and cosmetic cupping, Gua Sha/ Gratson, NormaTec compression therapy, KinseoTaping, Carpal Tunnel Therapy, SportStretch and Dry Needling. Pricing for these services are shown during the online appointment scheduling process along with a detailed description of the service.

Why am I required to have a new patient exam prior to an adjustment and will this service include an adjustment?

Dr. Hall has over 16 years of training and experience. She believes in providing the highest level of care and safety to her patients. In order to do this she must do a comprehensive exam and make sure there are no contraindications to being adjusted. The exam will provide both the patient and Dr. Hall with a peace of mind that the body is safe to receive an adjustment.

The new patient exam will include an adjustment if there are no contraindications to being adjusted. However, if there are contraindications Dr. Hall will schedule a follow up appointment to go over her findings and at that time an adjustment will be rendered with no additional cost to you.

Does Golden Alignment Sports & Wellness Center only treat professional athletes?

Golden Alignment Sports & Wellness Center specializes in sports injuries and rehab, however we do treat individuals from all walks of life and encourage you to join the Golden Alignment family to help assist in your journey of living a healthy and holistic life.

What is a concierge appointment?

A concierge appointment is a luxury service offered where Dr. Hall comes to your home or business and provides requested services. This visit must be booked through the Golden Alignment Sports & Wellness Center staff directly and can not be booked online. There is a $225 fee which incudes travel cost within the DFW Metroplex. Anything outside of this area can result in an additional fee.

The concierge appointment fee does not include the cost of services rendered, as this is an additional cost. The concierge fee must be paid at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. Dr. Hall offers various times and dates for this service. What is an adjustment and who should receive one?

As defined by the American Chiropractic Association:

Chiropractic adjustment or manipulation is a manual procedure that utilizes the highly refined skills developed during the doctor of chiropractic’s intensive years of chiropractic education. The chiropractic physician typically uses his or her hands-or an instrument-to manipulate the joints of the body, particularly the spine, in order to restore or enhance joint function. This often helps resolve joint inflammation and reduces the patient’s pain.

Chiropractic manipulation is a highly controlled procedure that rarely causes discomfort . The chiropractor adapts the procedure to meet the specific needs of each patient. Patients often note positive changes in their symptoms immediately following treatment.

Anyone that has a spine should receive an adjustment. Some patients may need to be adjusted more frequently than others depending on past medical history or current illness and/or injuries affecting their every day life

I need a last minute or emergency appointment, how do I book?

Golden Alignment Sports & Wellness Center offers appointments on Monday 10-2 & 3-7pm, Tuesday 10-2, Thursday 10-2 & 3-7pm and Saturday 9am-2pm. Last minute and emergency appointments may be available at no additional charge on the days and times of normal business hours, however appointments outside of this window will result in an additional fee.

Why is there a cancellation policy and fee?

Golden Alignment Sports & Wellness Center is ecstatic that most days/times are booked completely weeks to a month in advance. In effort to continue to provide you with as many options possible to book an appointment we have a cancellation policy and fee in place.

Sometimes life happens and you can’t make it to your scheduled appointment. We completely understand! However, by not canceling and not showing up you’ve booked a spot that could have been available to someone else. We appreciate you canceling at least 24 hours in advance to allow others the opportunity to book an appointment.
